The standard configuration consists of a CsI(Na)) canned crystal mounted on a photomultiplier and the embedded high-voltage generator and eMorpho MCA. The unit is hermetically enclosed in a 0.020-inch thick µ-metal shield for protection against magnetic fields.
The units are powered and controlled through their USB interface.
