The NG20 is a low-power high-voltage generator for photomultiplier tubes (PMT). It mounts in line with the photomultiplier to minimize the instrument diameter. It includes the generator and an active HV divider to power up to 8 dynodes.
The NG20 can deliver 50 µA DC current and 10 mA pulse current to the PMT anode while maintaining excellent gain stability. At the same time, the unit will only use 35 mA @ 3.3V supply voltage.
The device can can be powered and controlled from a Morpho MCA using analog or digital communication.
The device is sealed and specified over a temperature range of -15°C to +60°C.
