Terms and conditions

Warranty

Bridgeport Instruments, LLC warrants all products (excluding software) offered for sale on this web site to be free of defects for a period of 90 days after confirmed delivery. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Customer bears shipping cost for returned items. However, do not return items to us without written approval.

All software sold on this page is third-party software and manufacturer's warranty, if any, applies. Software can be returned for a refund within 30-days of confirmed delivery only if it is in the original package and the seal or seals have not been broken.

Return Policy

Returns are possible only in the first 30 days after delivery of goods and require written approval from Bridgeport Instruments. We charge a 15% restocking fee on returned items. Customer bears shipping costs.

Only standard items for which a pricelist is published can be returned. Opened software can not be returned. Custom or customized hardware and software can not be returned.
