Warranty

Bridgeport Instruments, LLC warrants all products offered for sale on this page to be free of defects for a period of 90 days after confirmed delivery. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Customer bears shipping cost for returned items. However, do not return items to us without written approval.

Return Policy

Returns are possible only in the first 30 days after delivery of goods and require written approval from Bridgeport Instruments. We charge a 15% restocking fee on returned items. Customer bears shipping costs.

Only standard items for which a pricelist is published can be returned. Custom or customized hardware and software can not be returned.
